How do you preserve your own idea when the first speaker sets the direction?
Prepare one response independently before exchanging views, then share in turns. Keep the initial version and later revisions so agreement is not mistaken for everyone's starting point.
Confirm a shared question
Provide a clear situation and allow words, sketches or a prepared spoken response. This is not a speed contest or creativity test. Adjust the arrangement for different participation needs.
Understand differences before merging
Group similar ideas without immediately deleting minority versions. Ask which condition a different proposal addresses; the prompt may have been understood in two ways. Select later against the shared goal and preserve revision reasons.

What if someone dislikes writing?
