Locate the concern
If an event description seems confusing, ask where needed information was missing. Avoid replying that everyone else understood or assuming the text was too small. Establish that you are discussing the same point.
Decide after checking
You can promise to inspect a section without accepting every suggested change. Add relevant missing context when needed and check again. Stop abusive exchanges; gathering feedback does not require tolerating disrespect.
