How can you spread learning across a busy week without restarting?
End each session with your stopping point, the next small action and required materials. Let separate time slots continue one question instead of repeatedly searching for a course.
Divide by task as well as time
To learn a spreadsheet feature, one session might inspect an example, another try invented data and another check errors. Give each a deliverable, such as a working formula. Fit the length to real availability rather than filling every day for appearance's sake.
Plan for one interruption
If the second session remains unfinished, continue it in the third instead of resetting everything. Replan when the materials or objective change. Review which slots were workable, while keeping that observation personal rather than universal.
