How do you continue ideation when every suggestion is immediately rejected?
Separate generating options from evaluating feasibility. Recording an idea is not a commitment to use it, and safety and genuine constraints still apply.
Distinguish preserving from approving
An outdoor exhibition idea can be recorded for its intended experience before examining weather, venue and permissions. You need not encourage harmful suggestions to maintain an upbeat atmosphere.
Give evaluation a definite place
Banning criticism without a later selection process can make a session feel unrealistic. Agree when resources and limitations will be checked so concerns are not ignored. Finish with candidates and unresolved feasibility questions.
