Please read the following terms before participating in The Weekend Club so you understand how registrations, events, cancellations, refunds, and participation fees work.
Introduction
Welcome to The Weekend Club. This service is owned and operated by ZIMA Inc. (registration no. 83190287), registered at 2F, No. 289, Section 1, Dunhua South Road, Da’an District, Taipei City, Taiwan. By participating in The Weekend Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Registrations and Reservations
Registrations for brunches open every Thursday afternoon for the following weekend and close on Thursday at 11:59 PM. Those with an active subscription must register within this period to secure a spot. Registrations are only accepted through The Weekend Club’s official platform; submissions made via other methods may be rejected and are non-refundable.
Brunches
Brunches are scheduled every Saturday and/or Sunday and last approximately two hours. The specific restaurant address is provided on the day before the event. Participants are responsible for their own bills at restaurants. The Weekend Club reserves the right to adjust group compositions for an optimal experience. We are not liable for interactions at the venue or the final bill amount. Brunch participation fees are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event.
Cancellation & Refund
Thursday 12:00 PM before the weekend brunch is the last deadline for “cancellation + refund.” After Thursday 12:00 PM before the brunch, you can only cancel or choose not to attend, and no refund will be provided.
Registration Fee
To maintain the quality of our events and ensure that every participant enjoys a stable and pleasant experience, the platform dynamically adjusts registration fees based on the information provided by users and their participation records, such as attendance rate, feedback from others, and behavioral records.
If a user’s participation history indicates that additional coordination or administrative resources are required, the registration fee may be adjusted accordingly. This measure is intended to ensure smooth event operations and uphold fairness and respect for all participants.
Records of “no-shows” will be automatically cleared four weeks after the incident.
Your profile will be analyzed by our matching algorithm in advance and evaluated weekly based on how difficult it is to find suitable matches. If the system determines that your profile is more unique or requires more effort to match, your participation fee may be slightly higher than that of other participants.
Modification of the Terms and Conditions
The Weekend Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
