Please read these terms carefully before purchasing The Weekend Club Quarterly Pass.

Welcome to purchase The Weekend Club (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”) Quarterly Pass. To protect your rights, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Pass Content & Validity Period

1. This Quarterly Pass includes 5 brunch session entitlements.
2. The pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
3. The validity period is based on the start and end time displayed in the system. Any unused sessions after expiration will automatically be forfeited and are non-refundable and non-reissuable.

2. Booking & Usage

1. All reservations must be made through the App.
2. When booking, please enter your exclusive access code at checkout to redeem the session.
3. Each use of the access code deducts one session from your total balance.
4. The access code may be used a total of 5 times and cannot be split, transferred, or reused beyond this limit.

3. Scope of Use

1. This pass is valid for standard brunch sessions only.
2. It does not apply to Special Themed Tables.

4. Usage Rules & Restrictions

1. All sessions are subject to the Platform’s matching and scheduling system.
2. If a user violates platform policies, including but not limited to no-shows or inappropriate behavior, the Platform reserves the right to:
   • Suspend or terminate pass usage
   • Deny any refunds or compensation

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

1. If a reservation is not canceled within the allowed timeframe and the user does not attend, the session will be considered used.
2. Cancellation rules are subject to the policy of each individual event.

6. Refund & Transfer Policy

1. All purchases are final. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued.
2. The pass may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

7. Service Adjustments

1. The Platform reserves the right to modify event content, scheduling, partner venues, and service format.
2. In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations, the Platform may provide alternative arrangements or extend the validity period.

8. Agreement to Terms

1. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon announcement within the Platform.
