Cancel & refund policy
You can cancel from your account/booking page before the cut-off time shown in your booking. Refund eligibility depends on how close it is to the event time and whether the restaurant booking has been confirmed. Late cancellation or no-show may affect your risk tier.

- Log in → open your booking
- Click Cancel
- Confirm cancellation
- Check the booking page for the cut-off time and refund status
Why there is a cut-off
We reserve restaurant tables for exactly 6 people. After a certain point, the table is confirmed and changing it impacts the group and the venue.
What happens if you no-show
No-shows are tracked. Repeated no-shows can increase risk tier and reduce access to high-quality tables.
If something urgent happens
Cancel as early as possible from your booking page. Early notice protects the table and your profile quality signals.
