Blacklist & risk tiers (how we protect table quality)
We use a risk-tier system to protect reliable users. No-shows, repeated negative reviews from multiple participants, multi-account behavior, or missing face verification can place an account into a higher-risk tier. Higher-risk accounts may face higher fees and separation from high-quality users.
What triggers a higher-risk tier
- No-show or repeated last-minute cancellations
- Multiple negative reviews from different participants
- Creating multiple accounts
- Skipping face verification (or inconsistent profile signals)
What happens in a higher-risk tier
- Higher seat fees (to discourage repeated low-trust behavior)
- Isolation from high-quality users (protects table experience)
- Potential restrictions if behavior continues
Why this is necessary (plain mechanism)
Offline tables only work when attendance is real and safety is high. Risk tiers create incentives for reliability and reduce the chances of bad experiences.
How to stay in good standing
- Complete verification
- Only book slots you can attend
- Be respectful at the table
- Leave honest feedback after brunch
